Enrollment

Childcare tuition for part-time childcare is $130.00 per week. Part-time childcare is defined to be less than 20 hours per week. Childcare Tuition is due the first day of each week (Monday).

Blessed Lil One's charges $65.00 per child as an initial registration fee. This fee must be paid at the time the Day Care Contract is signed. The registration fee is nonrefundable and is not applied to any childcare tuition or fees. The registration fee will hold or reserve only for one week.

Parents must pay childcare tuition cost on Monday each week. Payments may be made by credit card, cash or money order. Credit cards which will be accepted are: Discover, Master Card and Visa. If fees/tuition are not paid in full and on time, parents must pay a $10.00 per day late fee. If fees/tuition are not paid within 5 days of their due date, the child will not be allowed to attend the facility until all amounts due are received in full in cash. NO ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON PAST DUE BALANCE, ONLY CASH PAYMENTS.

Fees are to be paid within 5 business days of the first day of each week. It’s the parent/guardian’s responsibility to fulfill all the requirements of the Child Care Subsidy Branch to maintain the daycare subsidy. If not eligible for full subsidy, the parent/guardian is responsible for the fees. Tuition and Fees are based on enrollment not attendance. (No fee or tuition decreases for sick/missed days or any holidays or closings).

1. If the parent/guardian becomes ineligible for any subsidy, they will be responsible for paying the full weekly fee.
2. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to keep all information (i.e.: relationship status, work/school status, family income, reason for care, address, phone number etc.…) current with the Child Care Subsidy Branch and with Blessed Lil One’s.
3. Parents are responsible for the parent portion of fees/tuition that is not covered by subsidy and will be billed weekly.
4. Weekly fees must be paid within the first 5 business day at the beginning of each week.
5. If fees are outstanding after the first 5 business days of the month the child will not be accepted at the daycare on the 6th business day or any other day until the fees are paid in full.
6. If parent/guardian is eligible for subsidy they must provide Blessed Lil One’s Childcare with copies of application and supporting documents. Subsidy acceptance letter must be received by Blessed Lil One’s prior to attendance.
7. Renewal of subsidy must be started at the beginning of the month that subsidy expires, and copies of forms must be kept on file until acceptance letter is received.
8. If parents wish to start their child before subsidy acceptance a payment for the week will be needed. The parent will be reimbursed when subsidy is received.

$35.00 fee for all electronic checks returned unpaid and no future payment via check will be accepted. Any electronic payment that has been denied or cancelled due to insufficient funds, a daily late fee will be applied until balance is satisfied and no future electronic payments will be accepted, only cash or money order.

Blessed Lil One’s is do not profit from any fees for payment via the Childcare App or Square App.

Blessed Lil One's will charge a late/overtime fee of $10.00 for the first 1 to 10 minutes late and additional $4.00 per minute after the initial 10 minutes. Overtime/Late fee must be paid when the parent picks up the child.

If any payment obligation is not paid when due, the parent is responsible for paying all costs of collection fees, including reasonable attorney fees, whether a lawsuit is started as part of the collection process.
